FULL SERVICE BUYER'S AGENT

As your dedicated Buyer's Agent, my primary goal is to ensure you secure your dream property at the lowest possible price. To provide a transparent and inclusive fee structure, my services are categorized into bands and include GST. Please note that I operate with a commitment to quality service, limiting my client base to a maximum of three at any given time to ensure personalized attention.

Engagement Fee:

An upfront part-payment of the full fee, the Engagement Fee is non-refundable and becomes payable upon signing the Agency Agreement. This fee kickstarts the process, allowing me to commence the search for your new property.

Success Fee:

The Success Fee, the balance of the Engagement Fee, is due within 7 days of the exchange of contracts. Below is the breakdown of fees based on the purchase price:

NEGOTIATION OR AUCTION ASSISTANCE

Whether negotiations have hit a snag or you're unable to attend an auction, our Negotiation or Auction service is designed to cater to your specific needs. Here are the options available:

Attending and Bidding at an Auction on Your Behalf:

Engagement Fee (Upfront): $1,100
Success Fee (Balance, on Exchange): $770
Full Fee: $1,870

EVALUATE AND NEGOTIATE:

One property: Engagement Fee $3,300, Success Fee $2,200, Full Fee $5,500
Three properties: Engagement Fee $6,600, Success Fee $2,200, Full Fee $8,800

EVALUATE AND NEGOTIATE

Tailored for buyers who have identified a property independently, this service allows you to bring your find, and together we navigate the evaluation and negotiation process. All fees are "upgradable" to another option within three months of signing the agreement.

PROPERTY APPRAISAL SERVICE

For those moments when it's challenging to determine the true value of a property, especially when faced with enticing agent claims, my Property Appraisal Service provides clarity. The fee is determined after consultation with you and can be seamlessly combined with the Negotiation/Auction service for added convenience.
