Please note that I operate with a commitment to quality service, limiting my client base to a maximum of three at any given time to ensure personalized attention.
An upfront part-payment of the full fee, the Engagement Fee is non-refundable and becomes payable upon signing the Agency Agreement. This fee kickstarts the process, allowing me to commence the search for your new property.
The Success Fee, the balance of the Engagement Fee, is due within 7 days of the exchange of contracts. Below is the breakdown of fees based on the purchase price:

Tailored for buyers who have identified a property independently, this service allows you to bring your find, and together we navigate the evaluation and negotiation process. All fees are "upgradable" to another option within three months of signing the agreement.
For those moments when it's challenging to determine the true value of a property, especially when faced with enticing agent claims, my Property Appraisal Service provides clarity. The fee is determined after consultation with you and can be seamlessly combined with the Negotiation/Auction service for added convenience.
